Vee Seven Pre- Cured Tread Builder

Vee Seven Pre- Cured Tread Builder enables the new tread to be fixed on the casing before the curing operation. Vee Seven Pre- Cure Builder is provided with a expandable hub for loading of casing. The Rotation is controlled by foot pedal switch. The Pressure is applied on the tread and casing by aluminium rollers which are controlled by a pneumatic piston. There is a main roller and two support rollers to ensure uniform application of pressure on the tread. A pneumatic cutter is also part of the machine for splicing the tread at the appropriate length.
