Hot Process Retreading
In mould cured retreading, uncured camelback rubber is bonded to the casing under heat and pressure inside a custom aluminium mould. Vee Seven manufactures the full range of hot process equipment — from buffer to curing chamber to boiler.
Electric or steam powered curing chamber with multi-lock closure. Custom aluminium mould imparts tread pattern to uncured camelback rubber under controlled heat and pressure.
Heavy-duty buffing machine for LCV to tractor tyre sizes up to 18.00R25. Expandable hub adjusts quickly across a wide size range. Optional button-cutting tool converts it into a dethreader.
Presses new tread to the casing between two rollers before curing. Pneumatic jaw control for consistent pressure. Manual version also available for bike and scooter tyres.
Tyre Repair Equipment
Sectional tyre repairs require controlled heat and pressure applied precisely to the damaged area. Vee Seven vulcanizing machines handle everything from small passenger tyre cuts to large truck tyre section repairs.
Precision electric vulcanizer with digital temperature and curing time controls. Aluminium sectional plates adjust the jaw width to tightly fit different tyre sizes. Available in multiple configurations for passenger car to truck tyres.
Steam-powered vulcanizer for retreading plants already running a boiler. Handles a wide range of tyre sizes with adjustable sectional plates. Rugged, low-maintenance design suited for high-volume repair operations.
